Good Morning! I slept in this morning. I wasn't feeling well overnight so didn't sleep much.
The weather today is supposed to be even better than yesterday, which is aweseome. From the looks of the forecast I think I can safely say that Spring is finally here to stay.
We went in to do child care for that meeting last night only to find out that the meeting is this evening. We will go back this evening. Since we didn't have to do the child care I had Liz drive us over so that Jasmine could see Steve's basement place. We then ended up being invited to stay to bbq. On the way home we stopped at the grocery store. I wanted to stock up some on the .67 tv dinners. Those are sure nice to have for our lunches while the kids are at school during the week.
When I got home I came to my blog and seen that my blujay button was intact again. I clicked on it and sure enough blujay is back! Praise the Lord! I was really stressing over having to get new photos and write descriptions all over for over 100 items. I was also then able to see my invoice and get that order out in today's mail too.
I signed up for clickbank and chose some products. Today I hope to get figured out how to add the products to my squidoo lenses that are of the same subject. I will get this figured out!
This morning I've been going through the pointsandprizes sponsors getting point words. I am in hopes that by the end of May I will have enough points to get something that I really want or need with my points.
Nothing else exciting really. We have some companies coming out today to give estimates on fixing mom's bathroom. Jasmine won't be able to go to work with me this evening since tonight is Awanas. I can't believe next week is the last week of Awanas, they usually go on into May closer to when the school year ends.
I better quit boring you for this day and get on to my "online ventures" and the rest of my housecleaning.

Good Morning! Oh my goodness, I did it again, I overslept by over an hour. I really can't afford to do that time wise.
No plans outside the house today. Today is laundry day so I am about to get that started. Then, the everyday housework, some of which didn't get done yesterday since when I was home I was exhausted. I haven't filed my son's state taxes for him yet, so I need to get that filled out right away and out on the mailbox. It's also the day to look at the sales ad, make my shopping list and get the matching coupons ready. Before I do that I need to cut out the rest of the pile of coupons that I have. Can we say Marsha will never have her coupons in the order she wants them in?
When I went to work yesterday there weren't any children for me to watch, so Jasmine and I ended up being part of the highway litter crew. The volunteering for yesterday was part of the adopt a highway program. Only 1 parent showed up to help. They are paying me for the 30 minutes to get there and the 30 minutes home. It's all good, part of my vision board is that I want to volunteer more.
Nothing exciting to announce. I did get my last craft order completed and out in yesterday mail. Now I need more orders to work on. In the meantime I'm going to make up the rest of my netting into dish scrubbies and then start working on crocheting another plarn shopping bag. Even without orders I have enough supplies on hand to make things probably for a whole year, so something to always keep my busy.

Tuesday April 14
Good morning! OMG! I way over slept this morning. I guess I needed the rest after so many nights of having a hard time getting to sleep.
Bowling is over for the season but I have a church council meeting this evening. I am also working all afternoon at Headstart doing childcare while parents volunteer for highway cleanup. In other words, I won't get much done around the house or on the computer before it's time to go to work.
Sorry for such a rant yesterday...the rest of the day went much better. My daughter's ex husband said he had a car that he wasn't using, so if we wanted to insure it and put a battery in it he would let us use it. My daughter sold her car in the back yard for junk to pay the insurance, and we took the battery out of my van. That didn't last long...already for some reason it won't start. (sigh) Which means either we figure it out fast or we have to find a ride to get the girls to their Headstart class and me to work.
I still couldn't get videos to upload into gather yesterday. When I get off work I will restart the computer and see if that helps anything. I really want to share all the videos I took at Easter time.
I won another prize on mycoolcontests last night, so once again my mycoolcontests lens is updated. I'm very appreciative of whoever it was that signed up under me giving me another entry in for the prizes! MyCoolContests I've not heard anything yet on whether or not I'm approved for giant squid...but then again, not a day goes by where I can actually get through an entire day of email so I have over 6000 emails to catch up on in my gmail.....(sigh again) maybe tomorrow, which is what I always say LOL
I better head out of here and get some other things done. I'm thinking of doing another blogspot...I would title it something like My Frugal Week and share recipes, things that I do to save money, shopping trips etc. What do you think?

Good Morning!
I got busy this morning with some housework and also looking through coupons for today's shopping trip. When I came over to the computer I couldn't get online. I'm here to tell you that I don't like the automated system that cable has now. I was pretty sure it was the modem or the wireless router but I didn't know what to do about it. It took 45 minutes to finally get to unplug the router, and plug it back in, whic is what got my internet back....sigh....
Jasmine and I will walk to the store today. My mom said when she called time and temp this morning it said 50ยบ that is what the predicted high it for the day. I hope I don't walk outside to find it colder than that!
I am doing a lot of sorting and reorganizing. I really need to get the address cards done and into my file box. I have made myself a big enough box that I can keep my envelopes, cards, stamps, etc also in the box. I'm to all the monthly cleaning items that I put to start in April. It is making a difference in the way the house is looking, so I am happy about that. Yesterday having to go to work put a damper on things, but I am catching up on the cards that I didn't get to.
I didn't seem to do much on the computer at all yesterday...and well, not seeming to get much done today either. It really pays to find the time to keep your coupons cut and organized. I am having to go through what is in my binder, what is in the abc file box cut and ready for the binder as well as stacks of uncut inserts to get ready for my shopping.
I will stop boring you today, maybe I will have something more exciting tomorrow...although I do plan on sleeping in tomorrow since there is no school, and it's my big cleaning in the basement day...it never ends does it?

Good Morning! Darn me, I just agreed to go in and work my old job for the day. Little did I think about the fact that I am doing so on my first smoke free day...well, maybe that will help me out. I have to walk to work but today's high is 70 so it should be a nice day.
Malachi did get to come home yesterday but he's just not right...his front legs are staying way too far apart when he tries to walk...he can barely get up and down the stairs, well, he can't without falling. The animal shelter claimed he was still goofy from the anesthetic but that doesn't sound right to me.
I got to do my Walgreens shopping last night. I will post on gather about that sometime later today. I got so busy yesterday that I didn't get any of my gather groups done, I will have to do double today. I posted a couple photos of Malachi and a post about him being home, and I did another post on Jasmine being vegetarian.
I only just updated my mycoolcontests squidoo lens as I won another prize on mycoolcontests yesterday. I only put in enough modules to show 15 prizes, but I'm thinking now that I will just keep adding more as I win more prizes.
No other news here, I will be taking a LONG nap after work because I barely slept at all last night.

Good Morning! The wind really picked up yesterday 40-50 mph the news said and I would believe it as it was almost strong enough to knock me over.
I didn't get my coupons worked on at all yesterday. I got involved in cleaning the house and other things on the computer. I won't get to them yet today either. It's bowling night so that takes away hours. I ended up being called in to work last night to do child care for a meeting. I enjoy doing the child care though so I don't mind.
Yesterday I looked up patterns to crochet headbands. I'm going to give those a try and see how they do. I'm thinking making 3 to put up for sale as a set, in 3 different colors.
I need to get the rest of these bags cut and made into plarn today for making my next shopping bags.
Even the best laid plans go awry as they say and I know it's true. Sometimes it's hard when you know what you want to do but things get in the way and you don't get them done.
I did 2 extra posts on gather yesterday, one for a daily instant win game and another for free sunflower seeds.
Today's squidoo lens in the one I made on crafts that I have made for gifts. I've updated it to add the quilt I had made for my mom for Christmas. Although I didn't make it myself it was still a craft that I gave as a gift (and that I still owe money on!) Crafts As Gifts

Good Morning! I didn't realize until supper time last night that I didn't get my post done here before heading to work yesterday morning.
Thank goodness the week is over! Yes, I will enjoy that little paycheck in February, but it was such a frustrating week for me having to work when I thought I was done with it.
The weather was great all week. It took a turn with a cold front last night. It was great while it lasted.
I still haven't gotten my coupons done like I wanted. I will work on those today as well as getting bags ready to start crocheting a 3rd shopping bag. That along with my clicking on the computer.
Today I want to share the squidoo lens that I made for my son. It's all about Legos. I have some cool photos of things made with Legos, along with a couple of cute videos as well. Legos for Johnathon

good morning!
I got called in to work yesterday...as you recall, I quit with my last day being December 18 right before the Christmas/New Year's break. So much for that, they begged. gggrrrrr I need to learn how to say no! Needless to say I didn't remember until I was in bed last night that I didn't do a post here once I was home from work. I am about to head out for work today, but did want to post.
In case you are wondering, my computer did go completely down due to that Rogue fake anti virus virus. I lost everything. I am currently using my son's computer, which is wonderful of him to let me do so that I can continue to earn! I can't figure out why it won't let me upload photos on gather. Hopefully they can help me figure it out.
Nothing else much going on. I was still able to get quite a bit done on the computer in between work and bowling last night, but sure didn't get much email done. I sure hope they don't think they can just call me all the time, that is definately not in my plans! If I wanted to work I wouldn't have quit in the first place!

Friday December 19
Good Morning. It warmed up enough yesterday to melt most of the snow. However, today's high is 36, tomorrow's 30, then it goes down to 20 and showing more snow.
I made it through my last day of work yesterday. I received a really cute card and going away gift from the gals that I work with. After work I went and got the gifts for Heather and Jasmine. I then spent until after supper getting everything wrapped. All I have not to finish up Christmas is to make the edible goodies. We will work on that in the next few days.
Today is the Christmas dinner/party for work. I hope I can hold down my nervousness of going since I've quit. The food should be great. Other than that, I really need to work on cleaning this basement. With me being busy getting things made and busy outside of home the kids have turned it in to tornado alley again down here. I also will spend my online time mostly going through the past week's gather notices looking for entries to my contest. I need to pick a winner by tomorrow.
Today I am featuring the squidoo lens that I built for Under The Rainbow Gifts Consultant Program. I've recently updated some of the products shown. This is being run by a good online friend of mine and I hope to get things going with it. I hope you will take a look. Under The Rainbow Gifts

Thursday December 18
Good Morning! It's cold outside, but not windy. If it can only stay like this today I will have it made. However, it's supposed to start raining ice.
Today is my last day of work, and right after work I go to the Salvation Army to get Jasmine's gifts and our food basket. Then, I head to First Call for Help and get Heather's gifts.
I will spend the rest of the day mostly wrapping the gifts. Once that is done all I will have left if my Christmas goodie making and I plan on doing that over the weekend and Monday.

Thursday December 11
Good morning! It's a crisp chilly morning with no wind.
Yesterday was just bad....my son drove over here needing a driver to take him around, I was the only one here. As soon as I got done with him he did get me to my dr. appt. However, no one picked me up and I had to walk home...now that sucked! Thankfully there wasn't much wind, but it was only 30 degrees. I was in a bad mood and my legs felt cold the rest of the evening.
Today Heather has her math tutoring so hopefully my daughter will get her there and home. This evening I have church council meeting but I have a man from church picking me up for that.
I am working on some dish scrubbie orders. I need to have those done by tomorrow evening to be off in Saturday's mail. I still have several hair scrunchies to crochet. Some of the scrunchies I am sending to a lady on the Christmas wishlist group who is collecting little things to make stockings for the needy. I also need to get all my Christmas cards addressed and ready to mail as well. This is always such a busy time of the year for everyone.
Today I am featuring the squidoo lens that I built on the traffic exchanges that I do. I am signed up for more that was is listed, but these are the ones that I enjoy the most. Traffic Galore

Good Morning. It's a cold windy morning here!
Today is my mom's payday and I don't know that she has found a ride to get all her stuff paid. I didn't get a whole lot of sleep last night so I tried to go back to bed after we got Allen off to school. Now here it is almost time for me to head to work. 10 more days, I am counting down!
Steve did buy me that sewing machine. That's all he talked about last night wasll the things I can sew now. I do look forward to getting the machine out, setting it up and getting started on something. I have some scraps of material from a friend that I want to start a quilt with. However, I need to finish up things I've started for Christmas gifts before I can start messing with the sewing machine.

Good Morning! Looks like the high today is supposed to be 60ยบ but tomorrow the high drops back down to 39ยบ. Better enjoy today while we can.
I found a daily ride to work each day this month with another gal that works in the kitchen. I have 11 more days of work this month then I am done!! I turned in my official resignation yesterday. Just doing that took a weight off my shoulders.
I am calling it a giant leap of faith, but I know that God will provide.
I got some of the Christmas gifts wrapped and under the tree last night. I think the only stuff I need to worry about buying yet is some little things from the dollar store for the grandkids. That and a couple more of the $1 rolls of wrapping paper. I'm hoping my wellness360 check will get here this week so that I can get that last shopping done.
Today's featured squidoo lens is Meet Our Pets. It also happens to be a new one that I built Sunday. It's my 36th lens. Meet Our Pets I share several photos here that I hope you will enjoy. Pets are a joy.
In other news, Heather has her math tutoring today, so I am hoping I get no grief from my daughter and her boyfriend on getting her there and back. It might be warm enough to chance taking the van, however, it's not been started since last Wednesday so I'm willing to bet the battery is dead. This evening is also bowling league, something I look forward to each week.

I found a daily ride to work each day this month with another gal that works in the kitchen. I have 11 more days of work this month then I am done!! I turned in my official resignation yesterday. Just doing that took a weight off my shoulders.

Tuesday November 25
Good Morning.
They didn't show up to take Allen to school...oh my gosh, couldn't even make it just 2 days this week. This really upsets me, he has to be late again to wait for another ride and soon we will get that letter about how being late so many times is also truancy and will be turned in to child services...just what we don't need is a visit from them!
They did show up and take me to work and pick me up from work yesterday...guess if they don't show up today I will just take the van.
It's going to be a strange Tuesday without all the normal appts. All I have today is work and bowling. And, after bowling I can stay up as late as I like on here since there is no school or work tomorrow...that will be a great change.
I've already warned the kids that we will be cleaning tomorrow. We need to decide if we are putting the Christmas tree down here in the basement or cleaning a corner upstairs in the living room for it. Either way I don't expect to work alone.

Monday November 24
Good Morning!
My daughters boyfriend did show up this morning to get Allen to school. I doubt they will be back to take me to work. I will take the van. It's not so cold this morning...no frozen water on the porch and no frost on the van.
Praying, Praying to find a way to get another vehicle soon!!! Thankful that because of Thanksgiving this week we only have 2 days of work and school to worry about. And, there is no Awanas this week, nor does Heather have her math tutoring either.
My son did call and would like us to have Thanksgiving dinner at his house he evening of Thanksgiving. That should be nice, we just need to figure on what all foods everyone is bringing.
I have a gal buying 13 different auctions at homeschoolbuy...I got her books all together last night in 2 boxes...38 lbs of books total! Another lady contacted me back and paid for her books, she apologized as they thought she had already paid.
I think that's it for today...better get to clicking what I can before I have to head to work.

Saturday November 22
Good Morning. The sun is shining and the wind isn't blowing. It's still chilly, but looks like a beautiful day.
My daughter and her boyfriend just surprised me by showing up to take the kids downtown to the Christmas parade. That will be nice for them (and a break from kids for us he he)
I plan on trying to take the van to the grocery store today, it's only 4 blocks away. I'm getting out the recipes that I've printed that I want to try and making my grocery list.
I spent yesterday dreaming of what a day would be like if I'm not working anymore at all. I spent a lot of time upstairs instead of down here on the computer. I vacuumed the living room, swept the kitchen. I washed some dishes (I've not washed dishes at all since moving in with my mom, so about time I start doing my fair share there). I spent a few hours putting supper together. I will share the recipe for the meatballs I made as I posted it to gather.
I got my camera back from my son...batteries are about gone, but I got the good pic of the hair scrunchies and got a pair up on blujay. I also worked on putting some things together for others for the Christmas Wishlist group on gather.
And speaking of gather, here is the recipe I made yesterday and shared on gather last night. Crispy German Meatballs Recipe

Thursday November 20
Good Morning. bbrrrrr after a few days ofa high of around 70, today it's only going to be a high of 40 and it's windy outside which makes it much worse.
I am happy to announce that the owner of homeschoolbuy did indeed get the glitch figured out. Now, if I can just keep getting bids, I will be a very happy camper! If you would like you can check out the squidoo lens that I made on the site. HomeSchoolBuy
Jasmine has a dentist appt this afternoon. I hope we can find a ride. I maybe should have cancelled it when they called to verify, not knowing about a ride, but she needs those fillings put in.
Today is the Great American Smoke out....I was really going to do it. I got out my package of Commit gum I had gotten free online....but then I couldn't do it, just had to go out in the cold and have a real cigarette. I will be taking the package to work with me though. With feeding 24 extra people today at work I won't have time to take a little break.
No other real news for today :) Have a nice day and stay warm!

Good Morning.
My daughter didn't show up to take Allen to school. I took the van, which was not smart. I put water in it before leaving, which all of it was out by the time I got back home....or well, the rest of it spewed out in to the driveway. The whole motor is covered with anti-freeze.
No one picked me up from work yesterday so I ended up walking home. I don't have a ride to work tomorrow so I do plan on taking the van as the high is only 40! Just say a prayer that I make it there and back.
Regardless of the money, I think it's time for me to put in my 2 week notice to quit. I'm not going to make enough to get another vehicle anyway and I can't expect someone to take me and pick me up each day....and they aren't reliable to do so anyway. I will not walk to work in winter! That measly $8.56 an hour I get is just not worth it and I only work 3 hours a day, 4 days a week on a full Headstart week.
I've been working daily on crafts and trying to list something each day that I can. I have enough supplies on hand right now to do several crafts too.
I am waiting on a reply back from the owner of homeschoolbuy to see if he is going to truly fix the glitch in the auctions. If he doesn't soon then I am moving all those books over to blujay as well.
I'm paying attention and doing more of the survey sites. And, I did get in on the Ghiradelli chocolate with shespeaks!!
I did decide for sure to cancel my paid membership with winster. Since I can't earn enough points in a month to cover the $5 then I just can't do it. It will take some pressure off anyway and free up time. I can play as a free player when I have the extra time in the day and still eventually earn enough points.
I've been pretty much keeping up with cutting and sorting my coupons. This will help a lot on saving money.
I guess I will quit going on for today, only an hour left now before I have to get off to work. I will be safe today and walk since the weather is decent.

Monday October 27
We've made it to another Monday as the month of October is coming to an end.
The weather just wasn't near as nice yesterday as it was Saturday...the darn wind was up all day bringing a chill with it. I think today will be much better.
No real plans today other than work, except a trip to the health dept. for a shot as soon as I get off work.
I sat last night and got 18 listing put in at homeschoolbuy. I have 7 more listings to go for now to complete what I got at the book sale. I have over 80 school related books for all ages listed if you would care to take a look. Marsha's Homeschoolbuy auctions
Yesterday the email notifications were all messed up at gather. We were only getting group notifications and not individual friends. I did what I could that way but didn't write anything past my daily Investing For the Future post. Here is a Walgreens post I put in on Saturday...I will be doing these monthly. I only work today and tomorrow this week, so I hope the rest of the week I am able to get a lot done on the computer...and hey, maybe I can convince my mom, and then help her get rid of some of that clutter upstairs.

Here I am after 2 days of not posting. Imagine this...I walked in to work only to find the gal I've been subbing for was back, and they didn't need me on my regular job. Although my boss said I was entitled to my 3 hours whether they needed or wanted me there, I am choosing to stay home and see if I can do some catching up here on the computer.
I will still ended up with about 3 1/2 hours or so more than I would have this week.
I will have to take Heather to her math tutoring today and my mom to her doctor appointment.
I did get busy on here yesterday afternoon putting in the pics and such from my camera and I got my Teddy Grahams review done on gather. I also got 3 more listings on blujay of some of my mothers items and then got them posted on my Gifts Squidoo lens too.
Here is the video that was to go into my review but for some reason the coding didn't work :( I will post the link to my review with pictures tomorrow.
