Happy Saturday

We had a good time at the school carnival last night. I put in raffle tickets for several of the items and I was fortunate enough to win the kitchen bundle. I don't know how I got so lucky! Inside was a cookie sheet, 2 cook books, a kitchen towel set, a set of cooking utensils, measuring spoons, measuring cups, coasters, a George Foreman Grill, a blender and a mixer!

I worked on a few crafts yesterday and I got some more coupons cut out. I also read more on my book (free stuff, free money) It's quite interesting so far. At bedtime I am reading a book by Ann Rule called Empty Promises.

I am heading out soon this morning for the first sewing club at my church. I think it will be lots of fun. I've wanted to see one started for a long time, but I am not a sewer, so I am glad someone decided to get one going.

Today's ebay listing happens to be A Quilters Christmas Cookbook.

I am going to try to always keep EasyHits4U up from now until May 14. Instead of .30 for every 1000 sites looked at you earn .50. Besides, I get good traffic to my own sites with it so its a win-win. If you are looking for a good traffic exchange, you can check it out at

Have a glorious day!

Got Ambitous

Wow, when I started cleaning my living area yesterday I went all out. I moved furniture and cleaned under it and even cleaned the kid's play area. Then, it was off to go grocery shopping. I went to the big store with the green house and bought plants and seeds for my garden. I had intended to plant today, but once home I got started right in on it. Good thing too since we had several storms pass through last night. The plants still look fine out there this morning and hopefully I put the seeds well enough they didn't get moved.
I didn't manage to even cut one coupon yesterday, but I did work on some crafts and even got to reading on a book I've wanted to get to for some time.

Today's plans include school work with Heather and Jasmine, then picking up my grandson early from school. This evening his school is having their carnival from 5-8 pm. That should be fun but I hope all this rain doesn't put a damper too much on the fun.

Today's ebay listing is 3 History in the Making booklets.

Here's to another great day!

Early Start

This morning I got an early start on the computer. I got started on things before even waking Allen up for school.
It's grocery shopping day today. Also, my mom has Avon to deliver and her usual doctor appointment this afternoon. Heather has her group session as well. I also plan to get my living area cleaned back up too!

I really got busy on the cutting coupons yesterday but still have about 1/2 of them to get cut out. I will work on them more today while I am working on school work with the girls today. I have set myself a goal of having them all cut, sorted and into my alphabetic notebook by the end of the weekend.

Today I have listed a Lot of 2 Usborne Cooking Books on ebay.

Yesterday I got my order in from This time I ordered through creationsrewards to earn points there. You can check out the site if you would like, it's a well established website that I have been a member of since 2000.

I also got in 3 of the 5 prizes that I ordered from msn live. I got a t-shirt and 2 decks of cards. Still expecting a journal set and a beauty set. Plus I have enough points to order more when I am ready. If you enjoy playing games you might want to check it out as well. Free to play, earn points, exchange them for prizes.

That's it for today, until tomorrow, have a blessed day!

Late Start Today

The morning started out with me being woke up by my oldest daughter.."mama, it's 7:30!" Yikes! Allen was still asleep and had to be at school in 20 minutes. We cut him up an apple while he got dressed and he ate the apple and drank a glass of milk on the way to school. I had forgotten to set my alarm. At least he made it on time.
I chose to just stay upstairs then since I had a doctor appointment this morning too.

I sat in front of my computer last night and worked on cutting and sorting coupons while I clicked. I have a long ways to go, but if I can get some cut and sort each day within a couple of weeks I should have them back to being organized the way they should be.

Jasmine has her last Awanas party this evening. Other than that the only real thing on the schedule is Heathers probation and her math tutoring. It rained and rained all night last night and still a bit rainy this morning, but they say it will clear up by this afternoon.

Today's ebay listing is The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren

Have a great day!

Good morning friends :)

Getting a bit of a later start on my computer work this morning, so I won't get as much done as usual before I have to head out to work.

It stormed last night and they are calling for rain most of today. It looks like the forecast has us staying with highs of at least 70, so that should be good.

I noticed on the bookshelf that I had 2 World History textbooks. Heather only has one more year of school so I have listed one of them on ebay.

I plan on switching the used books page on my website to highlight some of the gift items at Under The Rainbow. I need to get going on that so that I can have those books to list on ebay too.

I'm still testing out the newer traffic exchange that I joined so I will still have more on that another day.

Until tomorrow, have a blessed day,

Good Monday Morning

Today will be a good day! I only work today and tomorrow this week, which means extra days this week to concentrate on my online efforts.

I didn't end up listing anything on ebay today. Instead I have taken the unsold school books on ebay and put them over at It's good there as its totally free to list homeschool or homestead items there. Plus there is an autolist option which is great.
If you would like to see my complete listing of school type books there you may visit

I just joined a new traffic exchange type site today. I will give you a review on it once I work it a few days to see how it is. Looks good so far....and highly recommended from my upline in JD Premium Products.

I also want to tell you about Boomertowne! I need to get 5 referrals this month to earn 20,000 points. Boomertowne is a whole community. You earn points for your actions on the site (even for just looking at a page!). Post recipes, rate others recipes, read jokes, submit jokes, chat, take part in the discussion board. There are video and picture contests. There's just too much on the site to even mention. If you would like to join, please email me at with Boomertowne in the subject line and I will send you a referral link right away.
Those points can be exchanged for a wide variety of gift cards and merchandise and the program is open to those in the US as well as Canada.

Thanks for reading today and have a great day!

Home Again

We made it to Kansas City and back safely. The trip was nice, although it would have been nice to stay longer.
Steve's older brother was really nice, and we found out today what a good cook his wife is at lunch. His younger brother also came with his family which I didn't know was going to happen. They were all really nice to all of us.

I am so tired I don't even feel like being on here! I am watching the season finale of Cold Case and then I think I will just go upstairs and sit and tell my mom more about the trip until I get in bed.

Today's ebay listing is Abeka New World History and Geography 6

I'm out of stuff ready to list on ebay so I'm not sure what I will be listing tomorrow...wish me luck with that.

For now I am going to go, I will be posting again in the morning.
