Get $3 when you sign up for Swagbucks in February

Want an extra boost to your budget in February??

If you haven't tried Swagbucks before, you can get a bonus $3 for signing up as my referral this month. Swagbucks is a rewards site where you earn points (called SB) for things you're probably doing online already, like searching, watching videos, discovering deals, and taking surveys. Then you take those points and exchange them for gift cards to places like Amazon, Starbucks, Walmart, Target, or PayPal cash.

When you sign up through me this month, you can earn a $3 bonus! Here's how:

1. Sign up using this link

2. Earn 300 SB total before 3/1/18. You'll get a $3 (300 SB) bonus for it!

3. If you want even more bonuses, you'll get a $10 (1000 SB rebate) bonus for making your first shop purchase! That's in addition to the SB you earn for every dollar you spend.

That's it. It's super easy, and Swagbucks is for real. I use it myself, and I've earned $3, 258 so far as a member of Swagbucks!   I mostly cash in for PayPal and Amazon, but sometimes also Walmart or Burger King.  Recently I redeemed for an eBay gift card to buy controllers for our PlayStation.   I love Swagbucks!!

Frugal Friday With Marsha -- Free Magazine Subscriptions and More

It sure seems that this week past by very quickly!

This past week, I finished crocheting all the fancy yarn that I had into headbands that I will use for gifts for the girls and women on my Christmas gift list.    I ended up with the 12 in the photo, plus 2 others that I've already gotten into my gift tote.   I do believe that is exactly what I need for all the females on my list to each get one.
I never imagined when I started crocheting them that I would end up with so many.  The best part??
I only paid $1 at a rummage sale for ALL of the yarn that I used!    Now that is frugal gift giving!

I cashed out for $25 PayPal with Swagbucks this past week and spent it just as quickly.  At Dillon's I bought cat litter because it was much needed and I haven't rounded up enough in Amazon credit to order it yet.  I got an awesome deal on Brummel & Brown margarine just when we were down to our last.   Dillon's has a $1 ecoupon on it and ibotta has a $1 rebate for it.  I love when I can get deals like that....doesn't happen for me as often as it used to.  I also used the 25 cent rebate on any crackers and bought the store brand for .89, as well as the 25 cent rebate on anything.

Speaking of Dillon's, this week's Friday Freebie is sports water. Don't forget to go add it to your card.

WIP Wednesday -- More Little Bits

I did finish a set of hanging towels with buttons that a gal has been waiting on, and shipped them out.

It was our annual soup lunch and work day at quilt guild this past Monday.  In the past the day has been dedicated to making charity items.  However, the last couple of years the charity items have been being made and turned in monthly and ongoing out to the different agencies.  It was decided that we could choose to work on items for the boutique booth at the Wichita quilt show if we chose to.

I wanted to try making one of the pin cushion scrap bags while I had people there to help me if needed....and of course I did need help.
I just have the walnut shells to put in and sew the pin cushion part shut for my first one to be complete.

I got the microwave bowl cozies down that I am working on and got the first lines sewn and now am working on getting corners ready for sewing.  My goal is to get this pile finished yet today along with sewing and cutting corners off, and pinning them ready to complete.

The only other thing I did this week was a little work on the jingle bell blocks.  I completed one and have a start on the squares for another one.

Another goal I have to complete today is to get fabrics cut to size to make more composition notebook covers.   I will end this post by asking you to wish me luck that I get done what I need to!
