Monday July 6
Good Morning!
I got up early, put away some more stuff from camp, washed dishes, took a shower and now I am on the computer. Soon enough though, I am off and running because today is my son's payday.
I didn't end up on the computer too much yesterday...in fact I don't even think that I opened my email at all. I sat outside in the cooler weather a lot working on that blanket I started putting together at camp.
I just got an order for 12 dish scrubbies! Now, it's through the craft mall, so my profit goes to pay for my hosting until the year is paid, but that's ok :) I hope this is a good sign that I can actually get back to business!
I hope to get quite a few things posted to gather today to share here tomorrow :)
For now, I am off and running for the day :)

Good Morning!
It's a good thing I got done what I did yesterday morning. No sooner than I had my lunch that guy brought me the car....which brought on being gone a lot. I took it to my son's to have him look at it again, took it to the tire guy and replaced one of the tires, and took my mom to transfer the insurance. It's a 1989 Ford Thunderbird. The body is somewhat beat up but not enough to make it look too bad. The interior is torn up on the dash. And,it still needs a lot of wiring work for the electrical stuff, but I am hoping to keep this one. He has the car again to try to fix the loose wire that is making one brake light not work all the time.
Really I have no other news today. If I get the car back I will take my mom to the dr this afternoon. Otherwise I just want to concentrate a lot today on the websites I do to earn and attempt to get as much done as I can in my gmail. I also want to get some things priced for the yard sale. I hope to get all the books on the huge bookcase looked through before the end of the week. I can't move all the books with us as there is no place to keep them.
I cashed out at gather yesterday for $25 in amazon after getting my last $50 card I cashed out for in yesterday's mail. I'm real close to buying the laptop at amazon, but I am afraid not close enough to be able to order it by the first week of June, which was my goal. I just checked and I still need to get in at least another $75 in amazon. hhmmmm
I'm off for today...have a great day!

Saturday May 2
Good Saturday morning. It's still chilly here...sure too chilly for me.
I sold some books on homeschoolbuy this past week. I have a whole stack of books that need to be listed. That is my goal today is to get them listed. Other plans include another evening at my boyfriends. I know we are going to bbq again. Nice thing is, if it's raining he just keep the grill in the garage. We had planned on playing dominoes but his sister is going out of town. I guess we will end up watching a movie instead.
I didn't accomplish much yesterday online...why??....because I got too stuck on that Mahjong dimensions at iwon. Has that happened to you? And, I don't earn anything there unless I would be lucky enough to win something I put my points in for. What is wrong with me? It's all I can do to stop myself right now from opening it up to play some more. LOL
I did cash out for $50 in amazon with gather yesterday....but I need at least another $100 or so from other places...and by this time next month to get my laptop when I want it to make my goal. I want to have it before we head to Bible camp for family camp at the end of June.

Good Morning!
It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day today...sunny skies and a high of 72.
I got my Walgreens shopping done yesterday. I am happy with what I got and my savings. I then headed to Target to use my 3 $2 off Dry Idea coupons only to find that they were totally out of the Dry Idea that they had marked down to $2. Darn it! I also got in my Ocean Spray Cranergy Drink Review It's good stuff!
You know how I am having such a hard time keeping up with my gmail with so much coming in each day?? well, last night I got an email from a gal saying she was concerned about her order with me through blujay. OH OH! I went back in email and found her invoice and her payment on April 15! It's missing things like this that really upsets me about not being able to keep up with my email. I can not see what she ordered as it's on the invoice. Her concern on emailing me was the fact that blujay went down shortly after she had ordered. I had NO clue!! I've emailed a couple of people through squidoo on their thoughts but I think it's not coming back. I guess support hasn't answered questions for months now.
Does anyone know of another free site to list my crafts and other items?? It's not going to be easy work either since I have to retype everything in....and half of the photos were on my computer that crashed so those will also have to be redone.
I am working child care this evening for Early Headstart. Other than that I have no real plans for the day. I will just close today by saying Happy Tuesday :)

Good Morning!
I was going to do ALL of my cleaning before even getting on the computer but decided I wanted to go ahead and get this blog written. Mom is messing with me already...she's come down and turned off ALL the lights like I'm not even down here, then complaining about the light bill. Oh my gosh mother...I do pay you...and I've replaced all the bulbs down here with the energy saving bulbs anyway.
I am not one that can sit in the dark...it makes me tired and it makes me feel depressed.
I got my L'Oreal Revitalift bzz kit in the mail and wrote my initial post about it which includes a photo of the kit as well as a before video of myself. Rec'd My L'Oreal Revitalift Bzz Kit Yesterday
No plans outside of home today. I just plan on getting all the housecleaning done here in the basement. I also plan on getting through all of my websites that I do daily as well as to clear my gmail. I also need to do quite a bit of schoolwork with Jasmine. This week Heather has been a big help with Jasmine and her school work, pulling her in with her and working on things together. It's been great to see. That should keep me busy enough. It's Friday so I can stay up late and sleep in tomorrow!

Well, Well, Well...I stayed up until just after 1 am last night working through my email. I got it down to 600 in my inbox (currently back up to 829)
I didn't get out of bed until 9:30 this morning, and that was because my ex husband called from prison. I asked him how he got money for phone calls. He told me he crocheted a blanket, then latch hooked a Kansas City Chiefs helmut and the word Chiefs on it and sold it for big bucks. First he used some of the money to buy more yarn then the phone card. It's a crying shame that he sells more crafts in prison than I sell from home!! He sells things all the time. He really enjoys crocheting very large stuffed Winnie the Pooh animals.
I posted another Budget meal on gather last night. Today I will be doing my weekly mail call post and probably another budget meal. Budget Supper 3/13/09

Today I will be starting a new lens...part 2 of our Unschooling Journey.
Since my tv went out I am watching my shows upstairs. I don't watch all that many shows, but it will be good for awhile. Watching 2 shows yesterday I got all the rest of my coupons cut and in to my box as well as got an almost 6 lb ham cut into cubes and divided into bags for the freezer. My aunt is getting a new tv and giving us the old one, so that will solve our problem until my son is able to take a look at mine. I'm thinking it's something simple inside such as a blown fuse. God works things out for us in mysterious ways.
I'm going to head out...almost noon and I still need to get my bath for the day! Have an awesome Saturday! I hope you are seeing some spring time weather. Today's high here is supposed to be 50 and it's 41 right now.

Monday March 2
ugh...it's Monday again. Those darn sleep alarms kept going off and off again until finally I realized Allen only had 15 minutes to get dressed and off to school for breakfast. Next week is spring break but I can't wait for summer to not have to worry about this getting up so early!
It's supposed to warm up a bit more today than yesterday, but right now it's 15ยบ out is all.
I got really busy going through my gmail yesterday but I still have over 4500 emails to clear it out and then with any good fortune figure out how to keep up with it each day. I also got really busy with gather, I posted 9 videos, 1 photo essay and 2 posts! I got to work it as much as I can each day and get that laptop earned!

I updated 2 squidoo lenses as well yesterday. One was our unschooling journey. When I get 10 weeks in I will start a new lens for the next 10 weeks. Our Unschooling Journey

Good Morning. It already looks like it's going be a decent day outside. The sky is blue and there is no wind...as of yet anyway.
I don't have any real plans for today. I would like to find a ride to the hardware store to pick up some specials.
I did work on my coupons last night, but still not close to having them the way that I want them.
Tomorrow is the annual meeting and carry in dinner at church. I may not post tomorrow as I doubt I will be up early enough to get it done and we won't be back until a little later in the afternoon. I have one more year on the church council, then I must take a year off. If then asked to run again I'm just not sure. I suppose it depends on what all is going on in my life at that time. I missed the meeting this month. It was the week that I worked all week not expecting too and I totally forgot to call for a ride.
Let's see what we have to feature today at squidoo. How about my book review lens on WWJD For Kidz. Cute book, worth the look see. WWJD For Kidz Book Review

I guess I will quit rambling and head out to do other things. Have a great weekend.

Good Morning! I didn't realize until supper time last night that I didn't get my post done here before heading to work yesterday morning.
Thank goodness the week is over! Yes, I will enjoy that little paycheck in February, but it was such a frustrating week for me having to work when I thought I was done with it.
The weather was great all week. It took a turn with a cold front last night. It was great while it lasted.
I still haven't gotten my coupons done like I wanted. I will work on those today as well as getting bags ready to start crocheting a 3rd shopping bag. That along with my clicking on the computer.
Today I want to share the squidoo lens that I made for my son. It's all about Legos. I have some cool photos of things made with Legos, along with a couple of cute videos as well. Legos for Johnathon
Until tomorrow I hope your Saturday is a great and productive one.

Friday December 19
Good Morning. It warmed up enough yesterday to melt most of the snow. However, today's high is 36, tomorrow's 30, then it goes down to 20 and showing more snow.
I made it through my last day of work yesterday. I received a really cute card and going away gift from the gals that I work with. After work I went and got the gifts for Heather and Jasmine. I then spent until after supper getting everything wrapped. All I have not to finish up Christmas is to make the edible goodies. We will work on that in the next few days.
Today is the Christmas dinner/party for work. I hope I can hold down my nervousness of going since I've quit. The food should be great. Other than that, I really need to work on cleaning this basement. With me being busy getting things made and busy outside of home the kids have turned it in to tornado alley again down here. I also will spend my online time mostly going through the past week's gather notices looking for entries to my contest. I need to pick a winner by tomorrow.
Today I am featuring the squidoo lens that I built for Under The Rainbow Gifts Consultant Program. I've recently updated some of the products shown. This is being run by a good online friend of mine and I hope to get things going with it. I hope you will take a look. Under The Rainbow Gifts

Good morning. I'm a little late getting my blog written as I've been doing some other things like getting Christmas cards addressed and out for the mailman and the craft order that I finished out in the mail too.
Jasmine was sick to her stomach yesterday so we left her down here alone. I worked on cards and dish scrubbies upstairs yesterday.
I have 4 more scrubbies and 2 washcloths to crochet for a prize to send out from the piepoints Black Friday event. Then, unless more orders come in I can get back to making the rest of my Christmas gifts.
The weather was just gorgeous yesterday. It's supposed to be that way today and tomorrow then take a turn for the worse again with snow and highs in the 20's starting Sunday. I better enjoy the nice while I can.

It's Friday, and it's my payday. I plan to cash my check, pay the cable bill, fill up the gas tank, then come home and pay my mom her rent money. From there I will see what is left and see what I can do with it. It doesn't go far for sure.
I plan to work and work on my email today, although I know the only way to really catch up is to delete and start over. I just get more email in in a day than I can do, even if I did nothing but sit here in my email all day and did nothing else.

Well, woke up to rain yesterday morning, and it was still raining when I went to bed last night. It just never stopped. I woke up this morning and it's still raining. According to the forecast it is to keep on raining through the end of Monday. Which, isn't good since that is the $1 day at the fair.
I am about to head to the farmer's market in the rain and hope to pick up a cantaloupe, a bag of apples and a bag of potatoes with my mom's last $6 in governement commodity certificates.
Otherwise I plan on just mostly working on my email today. With over 8,000 emails in my inbox I really need to get that cleaned out then try to keep up daily again. I haven't been caught up since we went to family camp late June/early July.
Today I will share a photo essay I did on Labor Day of the grandkids at the water park. Water Park Fun on Labor Day--Photo Essay
The summer pics promotion ended yesterday at 5:30 pm. I ended up putting in 350 photos total, which wasn't anything compared to lots of others who put in over 1,000 photos!

Monday August 18
Here we are, another Monday. It should be a great one! The only thing that I am aware of having to do today is to take my mom to her usual Monday dr. appt. I am working on getting through the over 7,000 email in my gmail right now and feel like I am moving right along with that.
The church swimming party and picnic was loads of fun last night. Steve paid my $1 to get in to the pool, so despite the cold water, I did get in. The weather cooperated nicely with us. It wasn't until we were all almost done eating that these storm clouds rolled in and it got windy and chilly. We made it through the clean up before any rain fell. It was really nice to get out and about and have some fun with family and friends.

Monday August 11
Here it is after supper time and I am just getting some time on the computer....at least I hope so!
The meeting at work was pretty interesting. The guest speaker was Dr. George Mckenna. He used to be a principal at a high school in Los Angeles. The school was full of gangs and he turned the school around. They made a movie about him and the school starring Denzel Washington. Now I am on the lookout for the movie so I can watch it.
I don't really have a gather post of interest to share today. However, the invite a thon is still on through Friday. If you haven't signed up, you should click my button to the left and give it a try. It's a lot of fun at gather.
Guess I will take off out of this one...waiting on the dryer to get done so I can get my bath. I have tons of emails to go through and haven't hardly done any of my other websites for the day.
