Good Morning! Well, you know the weather..unpredictable...our high of 49 for today changed now to 37. They are now showing 45 for tomorrow, 64 for Thursday, 73 for Friday and 68 for Saturday. Those sure will be nice if the forecast holds up.
I got through crocheting the green into my shopping bag, and got several more white bags cut up. I will work on that as time permits today. It's bowling this evening so that cuts out a lot of my time. I finally got my Sample Gal stuff figured out and am heading from here to build a squidoo lens about it. Want to check out the page now? I finished reading a book last night. I will do a book review at both gather and squidoo on it, but doubt I will get that done today. Once done, after I build the Sample Gal lens today I will only need to build 3 more lenses before I can apply for Giant Squid.

Happy Monday and Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday. School are out and many are off work today.
I got busy doing other things on here this morning and just realized I hadn't typed my daily blog yet.
I've also been working on getting some cleaning done....it sure is endless with the 4 grandkids living here.
I will work on coupons this evening while I watch Secret of the American Teenager. I really like that show. I'm going to be working on crocheting this plarn shopping bag while I do things on the computer.
I realize I forgot to share my weekly mail call post on gather. I had a pretty good week last week and hoping for the same or even better this week! Mail Call! Week of January 11

Good morning! The weather is still nice, with a high of 50 today. I sure am loving it!
I got up and cleaned house for about an hour. I have lots to do though. I slacked off last week since I had to work, plus I didn't hardly do anything all weekend. I will pay today. I have a plan...work on the computer a bit, set the timer and clean for 15 minutes.
I didn't get to my coupons yesterday. I did get an ear warmer crocheted and listed on blujay. I also got 20 bags cut and made into plarn. I have about 20 more to do today, but won't start crocheting on the shopping bag until Wednesday. I will get coupons cut and sorted into my book today no matter what! I want to get some photos taken to add to my coupon/refund story lens on squidoo to make it a bit more interesting.

I'm still working on my gmail from back to front. I will have it all deleted and ready to start fresh by the end of today. It will be a relief, but then a challenge to see just how much of it I can get done in a day. It's hard when I get in over 1,000 emails a day, over half which are notifications of posts and such from gather.
I better go and do some more cleaning. So, until tomorrow, have a safe and happy day.

I have to say good afternoon today. I slept in late. I didn't get my ride to the store yesterday but he called this morning so I've been hopefully stocking up enough we don't have to shop again until next weekend. The weather is nice out but windy. Still taking advantage of the bit warmer weather as it's supposed to get nasty by Sunday evening.
No other real plans for this day. Yesterday the baby ended up sick to her stomach. My daughter did come get her. Now my mom isn't feeling well at the stomach...I'm sure it will make the rounds to all 8 of us, which is just so pleasant....NOT!!
I didn't quite get the one gals prize package stuff made so I will still be working on that today. If I hurry I can get this last washcloth made and her package ready before the mailman comes.

Good Morning to all.
My daughter got Allen to church for his communion class, that made me breathe a sigh of relief as he is almost done with the class. We will all try to figure out someway to get to church for next week.
I guess today's plan mostly consist of doing what I can on the computer and working on this order of 10 dish scrubbies. When I get these made I got another order for 12 of them.
I finally updated my list of squidoo lens on the left here. (if you are reading this in my yuwie blog, they are on my profile page under interests) I built another book review lens yesterday on The Vision Board. Good Morning!
Here it is the 1st day of November already.
We had fun doing the trunk or treat at our church last night. You couldn't have asked for nicer weather! It's not been so nice on Halloween that I remember since my children were very young. After the trunk or treat we went to the church basement for a little eating and socializing. We had sloppy joes, chips and cheese dip, little smokies, and all kinds of cakes and such. After coming home and seeing that there were still literally 100's of kids still in our own neighborhood we walked around with the kids, not getting home until after 9 pm.
Today we will be going to the Baptist church where the kids go to Awanas. They are having a clothing drive. We donated 4 bags of clothing ourselves, but will still go look to see if there are any that we need.
I didn't get a post done on gather other than my morning post, and then I put in a video. I have plenty of photos from last night to get in to photo essays soon as well as do my weekly mail call post after the mail comes today.
I will share the other book review lens that I built. This one is on the book Superdove. I was fortunate to get it through gather to read and review. It's the only book this author has published so far and it's all about pigeons. Really an interesting book. I hope you will take a look. Superdove Book Review

Good morning! I slept in again this fine Saturday. Then I let my grandson play on the computer and I got a bath and things before getting on here.
Mom is wanting me to head down to the farmer's market to spend the last $4 of her government checks there. I will go, they are to reveal a new mural that was painted today and next week is the last week of the season anyway.
I did get 2 more squidoo lenses built yesterday. One is a book review of Summer Sisters by Judy Blume and the other is on the Power Rangers....this one is for Allen Jr. I hope you will check both out from the left in my list here.
Today I am going to share part 3 of my Rod Run photos on gather. I still have 2 more parts to post. Neat looking cars though that take a lot of money to own. Rod Run Octover 3-5, 2008 Photos Part 3
I need to finish up these dish scrubbie orders and get Bonnie's coasters and hot pads completed today...hopefully before the mail man comes. Guess I better make that run to the farmer's market so I can get those done while I click on here.

Thank God It's Friday...and I mean that!
Yesterday was a long exhausting day celebrating Jasmine's 12th birthday. I worked for 3 hours, then spent 3 hours cooking her meal for her, then 3 more hours of shopping with her birthday money, opening gifts and having cake and ice cream. Afterwords we came downstairs and watch Rose Red, which didn't end until midnight so we stayed up a lot later than we should have.
I am about to take my mom to the doctor this morning. We changed her appt from yesterday to not interupt Jasmine's day. Once done there, my daughter and I are going to the Mennonite church to order our food from Angel Food Ministries. After that I have no other plans except to do a couple loads of laundry and get done what I can here on the computer.
I got another lens built yesterday, this one on the online craft mall at Under The Rainbow. Please click over on the left and check it out. I won a free space at the party, so I am going to use my lens, in conjunction with gather and have a contest to give that party spot away.

I got the rest of my photos resized and ready to share and make photo essays with this morning too. Better run for now, need to get mom for her fasting lab.
