Another week has passed us by and we are now in to May.
Spring left us again the past couple of days. We had lows below freezing the past couple of nights and even seen some snow yesterday morning.
I had to go out Wednesday morning and cover the plants. I do hope they survive!
This week has just sped on by me. I've stayed busy as usual.
I did make one shopping trip this week. An online friend sent me some free coupons and I used those as well as bought a few other things.
One thing that I bought is a gallon of white vinegar. I am now using it for fabric softener. I'm really liking it! Plus, it's cheap and natural.
I did get a couple loads of laundry done on Monday and Tuesday that I was able to hang out on the line to dry.
I've been working a lot this week on cutting out my coupons and getting them into my binder. I have a long ways to go! I will be working more on that today. If I can just work a little each day I could maybe keep them caught up. I have a pile of expired coupons to turn in for the military families.
I need to run along, another busy day away from home for me, but I do look forward to the posts you will link up this week!
Good Afternoon! I am late getting this posted today. I've been back and forth between the computer and cleaning. I am feeling like I am actually getting somewhere on the cleaning, but have a long ways to go to be happy for the day with it.
It went and got COLD here. Yesterday it never got above freezing, today's high is supposed to be 36, but right now it's still just 19. BBRRRRRR!! At least the cleaning is keeping me warmed up with the moving down here in this basement.
I won't do go my grocery shopping today, and possibly not until Friday. For one thing, I am far from having my coupons prepared. For another, a kind follower on twitter has offered to print the ones I need from smartsource and mail them to me. For some reason I just can't print the smartsource coupons. And for a 3rd reason...maybe it will possibly be warmer on Friday?
Guess I better get that load of laundry going and then move on to other things online.

Here we are to the end of February. Let's hope March brings on Spring! We did get that snow they called for last night but very little. Today's high is only 30, but it goes up to 70 by Tuesday.
We survived the busy day yesterday. I did find out that there is gas getting into the oil in the van. Something that now needs to be taken care of before I bother changing the oil and filter. (sigh)
My aunt and uncle headed out this morning after bringing by some of the photos they took this week.
This evening I am going out with Steve to a bowling dinner and party. I want to go, but then again after the busy busy week I really just want to stay home and relax. Alas, the tickets are bought.

I just cashed out at swagbucks for another $5 amazon...it's really easy to earn there, if you haven't checked it out you really should! I am saving amazon that I earn to get myself a laptop.

Good Morning! It got windy and cold out and they say as the day goes by it will get windier and colder bringing in some freezing rain that will last through Tuesday. I did some shopping yesterday, but think I better send my daughter to the store for a few gallons of milk and a couple loaves of bread so we can avoid going out on the ice if need be.
I didn't get a lot of time on the computer yesterday, but still did get some things done. Cleaning the house wasn't one of them, so I am setting the timer today for 15 minutes of cleaning, then doing some work on the computer. I will do this for as long as it takes to whip this basement back in to shape. My daughter and her boyfriend are working on cleaning out the middle bedroom upstairs to make that their bedroom for now.

Good morning! We woke up this morning to the pilot light out on the furnace...and somehow the front door had come open. Can you say bbbrrrr?? We also woke up to just a dusting of snow outside.
In a couple of hours we are off to my brothers house for Christmas dinner and to open gifts. One gift for everyone goes from me, then we open what is from my mom, and from my brothers family. My daughter will take one gift from her for each of her children.
We are changing up the menu a bit this year for dinner so it should be interesting. We usually have ham, but this year my sister-in-law wants to make 2 different soups instead. We are taking fresh veggies with dip, pistachio pudding salad, and applesauce jello.

Good Morning!
Yesterday was so busy with church and housecleaning that I didn't get online until 8 pm. I didn't take the time to write a blog.
It's cold and I don't like it...it's going to be a long cold winter, with yesterday being the first official day of winter.
My daughter will be over later and we are going to get our Christmas baking and candy making done. I can't wait....yum!
Nothing much else going on, but we do need prayers for a situation with my grandchildren. It's stressful.

Good Morning. bbrrrr it's cold outside. 24 degrees when I last checked...high is supposed to be 50 but I don't see it making it. Tomorrow's high is only to be 19. ack!! time to start wearing the long johns.

Today I plan on getting the rest of the hair scrunchies made. Somehow my red yarn disappeared (darn grandkids) so I am now making black. I am finding it very hard to see the stitches on the black. They are going to be very pretty.
No one ended up sick yesterday, that was a blessing. I just hope it doesn't hit me and make me miss one of my last 4 days of work...especially not the very last day I am working!

Good Morning!
Yesterday it got up to 60 degrees, and wasn't even cold with the wind! Today is a total turn around. It is super windy and really cold out there and they put us in a winter advisory, even talking about it getting bad enough for school closings tomorrow. I will take yesterdays weather!
Today is Heather's math tutoring. I've asked my daughter to take me to Wal Mart to get craft supplies while she is there. Tonight is bowling. With any luck I will also get that gal's money order in the mail and can get these books off in the mail.

Thank God It's Friday!
I'm supposed to be at work right now for the all staff meeting...would rather be here, so here I am. What will they do? Fire Me?
My daughter didn't show up to take Allen to school. I was going to try to take the van but my mom said no way with it being only 15ยบ outside and only water in the radiator. The van being down wouldn't bother me so much if it didn't happen right with cold weather setting in. He went late, getting a ride with one of my mom's friends. Something sure has to change in that area!
It ended up that the dentist was sick yesterday so they had to reschedule Jasmine's appt. Took care of the no ride problem there for awhile longer.
I worked on a few things here and there yesterday. I did complete 2 washcloths while Heather was in her math tutoring and got those listed on blujay. I'm working on making some bookmarks and little things to go out to some in the Christmas wishlist group on gather.
I need for my son to get my camera back to me so I can get some other things done with it.
I hope today to really catch up on my gmail. I will also reach $50 cashout with gather today.
Everything is on my vision board and I need to keep my visions straight and move forward with them!
