My laptop is down. I can only assume I need a new battery as it won't hold a charge and now it's at the point of if it does come on, it goes right back off and says it's plugged in but not charging.
This makes me very sad, as you probably know. I depend on my online work for my earning.
I am grateful for my 2 tablets, my plan phone, and 3 other phones that I run apps on. I've been surfing on my plan phone, along with the 2 tablets. But, now I have to also do my email from my phone as well. No idea how I can even come close to doing it all.
In the meantime, here are the earnings I rec'd this past week from websites and apps:
$2 from PerkTV to my PerkPlastik card
$13.05 PayPal from MagicalJourneyTE
$10.48 to my checking account from Etsy after fees and shipping, including these from the previous order as well.
$13.29 paypal from Gardenmails
$3 PayPal from Pinecone Research
$1 amazon from the checkpoints app
It seems I can't put in links or banners without the tablet freezing up, so if you would like more information on any of the sites in my list, please contact me with Facebook messenger.
I also apologize for no recyclebank links, or Friday Freebie link, or the weekly link up. It's not letting me even open a new tab to see if I could cut and paste!
Make sure to check out the Friday Freebie with your Kroger affilate store--it's a Kinder Joy!

WIP Wednesday --Lots Worked On
Does working a little on lots of projects add up to getting a lot done. It actually adds up to getting nothing "done" 😀😉
We had our member sale this past Monday at guild. That was loads of fun. I got some great deals!
One thing I got was 2 yellow fat quarters for $1 each, some black and white (given to me out of a scrap bag that someone else bought), and a whopping 60 x 62 piece of black Kona for just $3 (lots of this still left!).
I got my start on my Sodoku quilt top finally. I bought the pattern 4 or 5 years ago! It will be added to my "new" list once I get this post done.
I got a good start on making pin cushions. 6 finished ones were donated to the guild to be used as free gifts when someone buys tickets for our opportunity quilt.
Some more rows added to my plarn bedroll that will be given to a charity that will give it to a homeless person. This is going to be a long project as I'm nowhere close to the 6 foot long. You can find a write up and instructions on making plarn bedrolls HERE.
Here's a UFO that's been hanging in it's project bag for a couple of years or so. I got frustrated while quilting it as the back kept folding over. I put it in the member sale figuring if someone bought it fine, if not, I would frog stitch and use my 505 spray and try again to finish it. I got the frog stitching done. Hopefully will work towards finishing this, this next week.
Lastly, this past week they had "Git R' Done" day at the quilt shop. I pulled out this Charming Stars quilt that I hadn't worked on for almost a year. I'm really close now to getting the hand quilting done around the edge. Of course who knows when I will pull it out again. Knowing me, it will be at Git R' Done in April.
I hope to get as much done this next week as well.
In the meantime, I link up with these blogs:

Frugal Friday With Marsha -- Upcycling and More
I'm going to start out this week talking about the bedroll that I am currently crocheting. Making bedrolls with plarn (plastic yarn) is the latest request from the agency First Call for Help. They will then give them to the homeless.
I've been busily cutting the tremendous amount of plastic grocery sacks that we have here at the house, and then crocheting them into making the bedroll.
I have a LONG way to go before this is 6 ft long, and I'm guessing well over 200 bags to make it.
I've been wanting to get back to crocheting with plarn and this is the perfect project to start with. I MAY make more after this one that will go to my middle daughter and her family for their primitive camping.....or, I might move on to making more of the grocery sacks. I also seen to make placemats and coasters as well.
This past week my online and app earnings included:
**$2 to my Perk Plastik card from PerkTV. (use code 860efbf6 for bonus points for signing up)
**$25 PayPal from Swagbucks (notice this is the 3rd week in a row I've rec'd $25 from Swagbucks?)
**$2 amazon from C+R Research**$9.45 to my checking account from a sale in my Etsy shop. (I forgot to go pay the fees and shipping before it was transferred to my bank or it would have been less, and now the fees and shipping still do need to be paid)

WIP Wednesday -- Another New Project
When our quilt newsletter came out, there was an article about something else that the agency First Call For Help would like made to give out. That something are plarn bed rolls for the homeless.
I've been wanting to crochet with plarn again for a very long time. This is a good time to start. Great way to get rid of the over abundance of plastic grocery sacks that are piling up at our house too.
I wonder just how many bags it will take to make a 6 foot long bedroll....
I am adding these on to my 6 list for the year. I'm putting bedrolls as I do intend to make more than one. I'm not sure if they will go to charity past this first one though. My middle daughter and her family primitive camp and they could use these mats too!
I did more work on my Penny rug this week. I got a few circles sewn on and started to trim around those. I highly doubt I find time this week to get it out again. I want to though!
I put together 3 sets of double folded hotpads to sew up.
Lastly this week, I did more cutting. Everything I cut is not in this picture, but you get the idea. The biggest, and hardest part for me, is actually putting what I cut in with the project I've cut it for! I've spent some time this week attempting to find my other bags of cuts and put them where they belong, but I have a long way to go on that!!
I made myself a promise to work on something each and every day no matter how little time I find for it. If I can keep it up like I have this past week, then things will start getting done-----that is if I can stop myself from starting new projects so often. 😳😀😣
I should close now and get busy!

**$2.43 from Promoslice -- This is a site where traffic exchange owners go in together to offer promos. Most all of them have 1 or 2 "grand" prizes and then an amount that is shared between each entry. I really enjoy doing these knowing that I am guaranteed something extra over what I am earning at the exchanges as well. However, there are a LOT of exchanges that take part and most of you (my readers) don't want to be like me and join hundreds of exchanges to take part in these promos. I love it, but it's not for everyone.
**$9.26 PayPal (after fees) from the Watch4Dollar app. This was a long time coming, over a month. They posted of being behind due to so many cash ins. I'm glad they did pay, this is my 2nd payment from them. If you would like to give them a try, please put in the code W4D4AFC8 so that I receive credit.
**$3 amazon from mypoints.

WIP Wednesday -- Some Progress
I got out my Arkansas Crossroads quilt top to work on after it's been in it's project box in the trunk of my car since at least last October. For some reason I thought I had made all the strips to make the blocks. I was far from wrong. I only had enough strips for 4 blocks! I made those 4 blocks then worked on my strips for blocks.
I took this picture with the row of 4 blocks as well as the 5 rows that are done as a reminder to my readers of what I am working on.
I put the penny rug on the floor and pinned all the circles on. I'm anxious to work on this rug more but I found it much easier to have the table out to work on it. That's hard for me to do when the babies are here. I'm wondering if this would be something I could enter into the fair, making myself a goal to finish it in time for it.
Also this week I spent a whole afternoon bringing things out of my craft/sewing room to look through and see what I could find to take to the members sale at our guild meeting later this month. I have a box full and out in my trunk ready to go. I know there are more things in my room if I find time to do some real sorting in there (not to mention the things I need that I need to find!). I am in hopes of selling at least a bit of it.
I link up with the following blogs. I hope you will check them all out.

Frugal Friday With Marsha -- Clearance Time
It's that time of year. Time for the stores to clear out Winter items to make room for Spring. Actually it's been that time for awhile now 😀
My daughter has been having a good time shopping the clearance clothing and even picked up a few things for me while she was at it. She brought them over last night. She paid $1 to $3 for each item.
I'm thrilled! She also brought me a pair of tennis shoes. I thought she told me they were on clearance for $3, but I didn't see that reflected on the price tag. I think she just wanted to make sure that I had a pair of tennis shoes that wouldn't hurt my bad toe. She's nice like that. 😍
I've been giving LetGo a try. I sold the pair of tennis shoes that were too small for me right away. Not having luck with my other listings yet, but I'm not giving up. I have some things I want to list that didn't sell in the local Facebook selling page. It's a matter of getting the stuff out, getting another picture and posting.
I also am in the very slow process of going through things in my craft/sewing room. My guild is having a member rummage sale at the end of this month. I hope that at least some of my extra will sell and help me make a little money.
In other "news"----
Don't forget your Friday Freebie. This will make a good snack for the grandkids this weekend.
Free Kroger Tortilla Chips at Kroger & Affiliates
Online and app earnings that I received this past week include:

**$9.41 PayPal from MagicalJourney Downline Builder-- This is a site where lots of the TE's offer $1 prize hunt days as well as celebration promos for chances to win. It's fun and I've had good luck winning recently, including winning $50 at Christmas time in a promotion!
**$10.39 PayPal from SotukTraffic--Yes, another traffic exchange. Honest owner, lots of ways to earn, automatic payout each weekend if you've made the $10 minimum. I choose to be a gold member here, but even free members earn pennies nicely as well as your sites and banners and text ads do get seen here.
**$1 to my PerkPlastik card from PerkTV. I've been having some issues with the app running correctly. (use code 860efbf6 for bonus points for signing up)

WIP Wednesday -- Penny Rug
Well, babysitting grandchildren, 2 of which are babies, is really lessening my sewing time 😞 I love them, but I must figure out how to get in sewing time!
I only sewed a few minutes one day, finishing up a set of the microwave hotpad/cozies. I posted a set on Letgo to see how that goes.
I also got motivated for just one day to work more on clearing out and organizing in my craft/sewing room. Once again someone ordered something from my Etsy shop and I found the item to be in the very bottom tote. My goal is to clear a path, then clear off the bigger shelf, then put my items for sale on the shelf. That way when something sells, I can go right to it instead of digging into totes.
In the process I will also see what I have completed that is not listed for sale as well.
I have pulled out the Penny Rug that I started some time back. I took a picture of my original progress to remind you. I included the circles that I have completed and ready to sew on as well.
Now I'm itching to start sewing the completed circles onto the wool blanket. Cross your fingers for me that I get to at least work on this rug a little each day!
That's it for my report this week. With any luck at all, I will get things figured out and have a lot more to report next Wednesday. It's sit n' sew at the quilt shop this Friday. Barring nothing goes wrong, I fully intend to finally get back to working on the Arkansas Crossroads quilt top.
I link up with the following blogs. I hope you will hop over and check them out as well.
