Frugal Friday With Marsha -- Deal For You

This has been a crazy week with the holiday!  I hope your 4th of July was great.  We had our usual family gathering with lots of our own fireworks.  Alas, that sure is a lot of money up in smoke though.  I was able to buy even any small things this year, but one of my granddaughters dad brought the mortar shells.  He gave the neighbors a run for their money on the show.
We always have a bbq then let the kids do their ground things such as the snakes and smoke bombs while we wait for it to be dark.
It's a great family time and lots of fun.

Saline Soothers/ Boogie Wipes Home Party--Review--and Giveaway!

I have the extreme pleasure of being a Saline Ambassador.  What does this mean?  It means that I get to hand out samples of Saline Soothers and Boogie Wipes so that everyone can try these great products!

I have been handing the samples out about everywhere I go.  I also hosted a party in my home.  I want to share the photos from my home party--

First we have the snack and sample table  :)

Some of the guests arriving and milling around.

Coloring time for the kids.

Everyone was more than happy to try the samples and take a few home.  I did a drawing giving out 2 full packages.  It was a fun filled afternoon for all.

A little more from me about the Saline Soothers and Boogie Wipes:
My ambassador kit couldn't have come at a better time.  I had been blowing my nose several times a day.  What I found right away was that I blew my nose once with the Saline Soothers and my sinuses stayed clear the rest of the day.  This was daily!

I've not personally tried the Boogie Wipes, but my teenager has been using those.  (Yes, she's tried the Saline Soothers too.)  She's been handing out the Boogie Wipes samples to her friends.  I'm loving it!

I had to do my own learning on the benefits of saline, and here is what I found:
Saline (Sodium Chloride) is a mineral found naturally in the earth that excels at dissolving mucus when used in the right concentration.
Saline cleans and helps dissolve mucus, while moisturizing aloe and vitamin E keep your nose looking and feeling up to snuff.

Saline Soothers come in three refreshing scents: Cool Menthol, Fragrance Free, and Light Lavender.

Extra soft, alcohol, phthalate and paraben free, Boogie Wipes are available in Great Grape, Fresh Scent, Minty Menthol and Simply Unscented. Recommended by pediatricians as a gentle, effective alternative to a dry tissue.

Now for the fun!  One lucky blog reader (who is NOT already a Saline Ambassador) will win their choice of a package of Saline Soothers in Menthol or Fragrance Free--OR a package of Boogies Wipes in Grape or Fresh Scent.  Also included in the prize package will be samples of the products not chosen as well as coupons.

Five bonus winners will receive a sample and coupon pack.

Mailbox Monday--Two Week Catch Up

I got so busy last weekend with Halloween that I didn't find the time to do my mail call post, so this is a double week post.
Week of October 23:

I'm not going to do a full list as you can see in the picture what I got.  The Sour Patch candy I traded some of my gsn points for.  Silly I know, but I knew Jasmine would eat them right away.  Also from the week before I found Seventeen magazine, Good Housekeeping magazine and 3 pieces of hausernet mail that the kids had down from my mail spot.

In this picture a friend sent me both the Coke caps and 12 pack codes as well as the phone card.  The Voice is my next book to review with booksneeze.  The syrups are for review with free coupons to giveaway on my blog from shespeaks.

In my email for the 2 weeks I rec'd: $10 paypal from gather and $10 paypal from superpoints.  Not so great on that part.  I also sold a book through half.com as well as had money put into my checking account from previous book sales on half.com.
I rec'd my check from church for cleaning in October as well.
