I have been busy sewing this week as much as I could. However, I still have gifts to get made too.
I think for the new year I will plan to take one project bag off the wall and try to exclusively work on that project until it's done, then move to the next.
I know what you are thinking---yeah right! LOL
That would be, of course, outside of handwork such as making rugs, hexagons, yo-yo's and such.
This week I got more work done on all of the doll bedding sets that I am making:
I worked on, an finished the rest of the 4 patches for quilt tops for charity at sewing club at church:
I got out the Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer quilt and got it sandwiched. I tied the corners of the pictures. I am currently working on hand quilting designs in between each picture and around the edges:
And....I completed the 40 five and dime blocks and have them on my design wall:
I told you that I've been busy!
Here is my UFO list, which should be where I start one by one after Christmas to complete.
UFO's:
Rectangle quilt

It can be hard to stick to one project at a time, but I find that pushing myself to do that gets me through the ones I'm tempted to leave--because the project's getting too big to carry around, because the colors are someone else's favorites not mine, whatever--and then I can dive into the one I'm tempted to start.
