Monday September 28

Good Morning!
I used to do so well, typing into my blog daily..now it's only 2 or 3 times a week...
I've just become so busy these days!

Yesterday was a FULL day. We went to church...after church I got m Walgreens lists and coupons ready to go and then went shopping. Once home we ate some ham and beans....then we headed to my mom's for her birthday cake and ice cream. Right after that we were off to church for youth group meeting. Whew! Run, run, run, and run some more.

This morning started early running my son a few places. Right now I need to be upstairs getting Jasmine up. I really want to get going on her schoolwork for the day and get that done.

I just updated my Our Unschooling Journey 4 squidoo lens. I think I would like to continue these lenses, but we aren't really unschooling so I am thinking on a name change. It's nice for me to keep a running journal of the work that is being done.

I got in my Mail Call! Week of September 20 and my Walgreen's Shopping 9/27/09 posts on gather. I've still been putting in 3 photos a day from the Kansas State Fair. I hope to get in a photo essay today along with 3 more photos, my usual daily post for my group, and a video.

We are to have a yard sale this next Saturday. According to the forecast, as of right now they aren't calling for any rain that day but the high is 64. I will keep watching it. In the meantime I have a box of clothes yet to price...a bag of misc. to price, and 2 small boxes of books to get priced. I do hope the weather holds up and that I can make a few dollars.

I better run and get Jasmine up and her day started. Have a great Monday.

Monday November 24

Good Morning!
My daughters boyfriend did show up this morning to get Allen to school. I doubt they will be back to take me to work. I will take the van. It's not so cold this morning...no frozen water on the porch and no frost on the van.
Praying, Praying to find a way to get another vehicle soon!!! Thankful that because of Thanksgiving this week we only have 2 days of work and school to worry about. And, there is no Awanas this week, nor does Heather have her math tutoring either.
My son did call and would like us to have Thanksgiving dinner at his house he evening of Thanksgiving. That should be nice, we just need to figure on what all foods everyone is bringing.

I have a gal buying 13 different auctions at homeschoolbuy...I got her books all together last night in 2 boxes...38 lbs of books total! Another lady contacted me back and paid for her books, she apologized as they thought she had already paid.

I think that's it for today...better get to clicking what I can before I have to head to work.

Monday October 27

We've made it to another Monday as the month of October is coming to an end.
The weather just wasn't near as nice yesterday as it was Saturday...the darn wind was up all day bringing a chill with it. I think today will be much better.
No real plans today other than work, except a trip to the health dept. for a shot as soon as I get off work.
I sat last night and got 18 listing put in at homeschoolbuy. I have 7 more listings to go for now to complete what I got at the book sale. I have over 80 school related books for all ages listed if you would care to take a look. Marsha's Homeschoolbuy auctions

Yesterday the email notifications were all messed up at gather. We were only getting group notifications and not individual friends. I did what I could that way but didn't write anything past my daily Investing For the Future post. Here is a Walgreens post I put in on Saturday...I will be doing these monthly. I only work today and tomorrow this week, so I hope the rest of the week I am able to get a lot done on the computer...and hey, maybe I can convince my mom, and then help her get rid of some of that clutter upstairs.
