Frugal Friday With Marsha -- Week in Review
Here we are to Friday again! I've stayed busy as usual. I'm on a mission, you know.
This past week I rec'd payment from these:
Checkpoints -- $2 in amazon I run the videos through the checkpoints apps on one of my phones once I complete the 2 Swagbucks apps that I have on that phone. I also put the app on my plan phone, and need to remember to check while in stores to see if there is anything to scan for points, plus do the check-ins. You can also earn from checkpoints online as well. (If you check it out, please use my email, marsha.seiberling@gmail.com as your bonus code)
Shopkick -- $2 amazon. I have been checking in on the app for bonus points in the discover section daily now. I don't go out often enough to get many walk in points or to scan items, but once winter is over, that will change. Plus, I need to pay attention to what you can purchase to earn kicks as well. (If you aren't a member, and sign up, please use my code CARD450081 to ensure that you get 250 bonus points!)
PerkTV -- $1 to my Perk Plastik card. This isn't going as fast as usual, but hope it picks up again soon. I am attempting to save money to my card to be my spending money on a trip I hope to take in May. I've had to spend some off my card twice this past week for groceries. So many ways to earn Perk points! (Use my code 860efbf6 and get 50 bonus points)
Swagbucks -- $25 in amazon. I love that once a month you can get a $25 gift card for a discounted sb cost of 2200 instead of 2500 sb. I always get amazon, then spend it to buy cat food and cat litter.
You Can Get Free Gift Cards For Shopping, Searching and Discovering What's Online at Swagbucks.com
Here is what I ordered, which will be delivered tomorrow:
Dillon's (Kroger) has a lot of good digital coupons right now. Not sure if I will have money to shop with, but just in case, I have added every coupon to my card for anything we might buy!
Don't miss out on this week's freebie either. This one expires on Valentine's Day instead of the usual 2 weeks later.
Free SweeTarts Candy Heart Box for Kroger & Affiliates
There is also a whole list of extra Recyclebank points to check out this week! This will sure help me get closer to ordering more free items from One Twine!

WIP Wednesday -- One Step at a Time
I started off this past week one step at a time on the microwave hotpads/cozies that I am making.
I am to the point of getting out my machine with the walking foot and finishing them off. I fully plan to get that machine out today as I also have other projects that need the walking foot as well.
I got out my table and cutting mat and did some cutting. I cut for making 2 towel scarves, and composition notebook covers. I ended up also getting the blue that I had out for the string blocks into strips as well as found some pink. I took one piece and cut it into 1 inch strips for the runner lockerhook rug that is on my list to make. I also ended up cutting some 5 inch squares as well.
In fairness to myself, I did get 6 of the notebook covers completed, and 2 of them sold since taking this picture.
Short post this week due to us being gone for hours today already getting our taxes filed free at the Salvation Army.
