Resolutions Journal Week 6--March 6--March 12

After keeping track on gather for 5 weeks on my resolutions, I've decided to continue to keep track of what I am accomplishing each week here in my blog. (I did win a box of 100 calorie snacks for doing the resolutions journal entries on gather)

As a reminder, here are my "resolutions" for the year:
1. Using the exercise equipment we have on a regular basis.

2. Reading whenever I get a chance so that I can do more book reviews and in turn turn those book reviews into squidoo lenses.

3. Getting back to my online business. As a whole I call it Gifts Galore and More, but includes everything that I do online to earn money.
I will be updating or building a new squidoo lens each day, working on getting crafts made and listed for sale, getting more books listed for sale, etc.

4. Getting my blog back going again.

Week 6: March 6-March 12 accomplishments:

Updated homeschoolbuy auctions

Updated Crash, online parties, and REO Speedwagon squidoo lenses

Cut t-shirts to crochet with and made another t-shirt hand bag. I made a second bag for an order from a lady at church.

Worked on plastic canvas baby blocks and cross magnets, but didn't finish any.

Finished reading Hollywood Crows and got my book review written on gather.

Listed the newest t-shirt handbag in my blujay store.

As you can see, I'm not doing well with the exercising. I'm finding myself so into doing my crafts that I'm not wanting to take even a few minutes out each day on the equipment. I do want to change that as I know it will help my stamina...as well as the way I look.

Checking In

Checking in here. I'm enjoying keeping up with what I am accomplishing with gather's Resolutions Journal challenge.
What I see is that I have too many projects all going at one time. I'm working a little each day on each one, so yes, they will eventually be completed. Hoewever, I'm thinking I need to just stick to one until it's done and then move on to another. At least with the larger projects like quilts and the crocheted plarn bags. There are always smaller craft projects I can complete in a day easily like cross magnets, crocheted washcloths, little girl's bracelets and dish scrubbies.

I am wanting to post at least 2 new items in my blujay store each week, which is easily attainable with the smaller crafts.

I'm keeping up pretty well with gather, still there any time I am on the computer. Just short of cashing out again, and got in my latest paypal redemption today.

I've been keeping up well with cutting and sorting my coupons. I didn't include that in my resolutions list, but it needs to be done for maximum savings!

We have the Ash Wednesday service at church tonight. After that, Jasmine will stay for choir practice. I will start my first week of my cleaning job...cleaning while the choir practices. I'm excited to be able to do the cleaning and make a little bit of money.

I've put a savings plan in order...and in order to keep up with it, I need to always have money coming in so that I won't be tempted to dig in to the savings.

I think that's it for now....now let me see if I can possibly get back in the swing of posting my blogs.

Have a great day!
Marsha

New Challenge on Gather

Gather has a new challenge that's started.
We are to share our Resolutions and post a Resolutions Journal weekly for 5 weeks on how we are doing with them.

I'm excited. I'm one of those who loves incentive. Since reading about the challenge I have worked harder on my resolutions. I am keeping track of what I am accomplishing in notepad.

Below are my resolutions....make note that one of them is to get back into my blogging here!

My resolutions for this year include:

Have a great day! I'm heading in to work on a quilt that I am making for church.

I Need a Mom's Blog Giveaway!

Hop on over to I Need a Mom blog.

To celebrate her 100th blog post, Sue is giving away some nice things! Hop over and check it out. She has a great blog too. :)

Good Morning!

I want to get back into my blogging. Yes, I've said that many times over the past 7 months.
Moving changed a lot of things for me....most, not for the better.

I've been working on getting my online "businesses" back in order.

I've been adding new products to my blujay store

I've been buiding more squidoo lenses and updating at least one each day. The latest one I've built is Owl City

I'm still plugging away at gather! I love gather as it is my highest earner each month still. I'm having fun posting daily Quips and Quotes throughout the week. I'm also still posting my shopping trips. I'm keeping up with both of my groups... ~3,000 Here We Come!~ and my newest group Colors Colors Colors, where I choose a new color to feature for the group members to post on each week.

I've been adding more books here and there to my homeschoolbuy auctions as well.

I printed off some recycled craft crochet patterns. I'm wanting to really get back to business with getting crafts made!

that's it for now :) Have a great Tuesday!

Bzzzing Ultracept Handwash

This is also posted on gather at Bzzzzing Ultracept Hand Sanitizer

As you know, I am a bzz agent. A bzz agent gets items to try and then by word of mouth we get the word out about these products.

My current campaign is Ultracept Antiseptic Handwash.

My kit consisted of 3- 2 fl. oz bottles.

Ultracept says they are the next generation in hand sanitizers.

*Eliminates 99.99% of many harmful bacteria and germs in as little as 15 seconds.

*Long lasting

*Moisturizes

*Non-sticky, non-greasy formula

(*Tests indicate Ultracept Antiseptic Handwash lasts up to 6 hours. Individual results may vary.)

Complete drug facts are found on the back of the label.

Other Ultracept information:

Used by surgeons and other clinicians because of the added persistent germ control.

Repeated application increases germ-fighting persistance.

Just launched on Nov. 16

Available exclusively on ultracept.com

I can attest to the long lasting. My daughter and I have been sharing one of the 2 oz bottles for a week now and it's not even half way gone. She uses hand sanitizer a LOT!

I can also attest to the moisturizing. I have really dry skin in the winter time, but have not used any lotion on my hands since using the Ultracept.

This hand sanitizer is different than any I've tried before. What I've bought before came in a pump bottle and was in a gel type form. Others that I have used have been the kind that are like soap dispensers and dispense out a foam. This is liquid, but spreads on your hands very nicely, which surprised me.

The smell is about the same as other hand sanitizers. I bit strong at first, but soon dissipates.

I really like it much better than other hand sanitizers I've used.

Are you interested in giving it a try? Go to Ultracept.com Enter the code "ULTRABZZ" for a 10% discount on your order.
