Good Morning!
Whew! I've been busy this morning....mostly around the house getting little things done. I suppose I will have to pick my son's girlfriend up for work and pick him up when he's off. The only other thing I know of today away from home is to take my mom to her dr. appt.
I met my goal yesterday! I made it through all of my cards in my file box!!! I was fortunate that Steve was able to do most of the running yesterday since he wanted his Durango worked on.
It was also nice that my daughter brought all the grandkids over to swim. The water was still cold after the chilly rainy weather, but it was still fun.
I did some work last night on my quilt. I can't wait until I have the whole top together. I also worked on the dish scrubbies order. I am working on them while on here this morning too.
Yesterday I updated my Rich Kid Smart Kid squidoo lens. I put in another video on gather from Bible school. Today I posted my last Investing for the Future post on gather. I've posted the entire year now. I guess now I can get some of these other things in that are saved on my computer since I don't have those to type in daily now.
I joined a couple of fun sites yesterday...winspinwin and slots4cash. Just little time wasters that only take a few minutes each day to do both.

Thursday March 5
Good Morning! High today is to be in the 80's...record high! It's 50 now so I do believe it will make it.
We didn't end up leaving the van at the shop yesterday. The mechanic said with the rod going out I would just be wasting my money replacing the bearing as in 2-3 months the rod will misshape and wear it out again. We are opting now for buying another motor to put in it.
The mechanic said I'm not going to hurt it anymore than it already is by continuing to drive it. It will eventually go all the way out, but hopefully not before we get the motor replaced. Please continue to pray that we get this whole thing worked out.
I will be taking Elizabeth, my oldest daughter, for a sonogram today. That will tell us a due date closer to being correct as well as maybe the sex of the child. She is hoping for another boy. Allen is hoping mom has a boy too.

Sunday February 8
Good Morning. The winter weather is moving in starting today. I need to get to the store asap before the cold rain starts sometime after noon.
I slept in this morning. It's nice, but at the same time the time just goes by so fast as it is to stay in bed longer. And, I will still take a nap this afternoon!

Yesterday I updated our unschooling journal squidoo lens, and built my 48th lens! This one is called Jasmine's Lapbooks and will be updated with each one that she makes. I wonder what she will decide to make one on this week? The one on the lens is on the Oklahoma Octopus. Jasmine's Lapbooks
No real plans today other than the shopping. I still have quite a bit of material to get cut into quilt squares. I need to do all I can on gather and try to get caught up on my email notices there. It's hard as there are so many things that I do online.

Tuesday January 20
good morning!
It's going to be another nice day here in Kansas. By Friday it's supposed to drop way down and be cold again.
I feel I got a lot done yesterday. I put in a book listing on blujay, I crocheted on the plarn shopping bag, I got most of the coupons cut out, and I made a squidoo lens, which I will talk about a little later.
This evening is bowling, that is always fun. I'm supposed to pick up a bunch of bags from a lady on the way there. I have a dr. appt. this afternoon and may end up having to walk to it as I don't have a ride, nor do I have money to pay for a ride.
I'm going to share a recent video we did of Willo in the playroom. Jasmine took the video.

Sunday November 30
Here we are to the last day of November. We got our first snow yesterday. It didn't last long, and it didn't stick. I took a short video and uploaded it to gather.
It took me 4 tries before it uploaded and submitted. While I waited I cleaned. In fact, I did a lot of cleaning and organizing yesterday but have a long ways to go until this basement is cleaned and organized the way I want it. I still am not far enough to be able to put up the Christmas tree but I will work on that more today.
After the cleaning I started finishing a rug to put down on one side of Jasmine's bed. I will finish that today too.
We are getting a ride to church today since there is a youth dinner after church. However, my mother is upstairs saying she got the pink eye from Jasmine and shouldn't go. She's not even really been close to Jasmine let alone touched anywhere around her eye. The woman thinks all she has to do is look at someone who is sick and she has it.
I did my weekly mail call post on gather yesterday. I didn't get much the past week but I hope you will take a look. I did get in $50 in paypal from gather. Mail Call! Week of November 23

Good morning!
Not much going on today. I would like to go shop at Walgreens as they are offering the coupon for $5 off $20 purchase. However, my rebate money isn't on my gift card from last month, and I am just not happy with what they are offering in this month's rebate booklet.
I have to wait for my son to come over some time today and check out the van. The hood latch broke so that is the first thing is the get the hood open. Then, something is whacko with the thermostat and it bounces all around and I am getting no heat. After one trip out yesterday it was smoking and smelling like antifreeze bad.
I don't have a gather post to share today. You can go to My Gather Profile Page if you would like and check out some of my photos and videos. I'm in the process once again of trying to put in a video with no luck. I've tried the Willo in the leaves one a couple more times with no luck either, and it's the cutest.
I think I will concentrate today on using up my 1200 spins on winster and see how many points I can get. I am wondering though if I shouldn't cancel my paid membership and just play as a free member when I have time. It will renew again on the 18th. I sure like the 4 times the points for being a member, and also that you can log in and collect your spins and not lose them if you don't use them. It just takes so long to play and I can't do anything else on the computer at the same time due to the lag.

Good Morning.
I slept in this morning and getting a late start on my internet stuff. I started out by trying to load a video to gather...it's at 90% so I don't know yet it if will go in. I tried 4 times yesterday. Maybe if I restart my computer I would have better luck or maybe it's just a problem with gather.
Liz's boyfriend thinks I've thrown a rod in the front end of the van and he's probably right. I clicked my heart out yesterday in my paid to clicks and will do the same today. Plus I got another book listed at homeschoolbuy and will list another today.
I got an order for 10 dish scrubbies, but I can't find the colors that she wants to match her kitchen. I will get them made and hope they are ok, she said to do the best I can.
I've gotten almost all my coupons cut and sorted. I got my grocery list made and I'm on track to get matching coupons for the sale. The store is doing the buy 10 items get $5 additional off your bill and you can do this up to 3 times in one transaction. I work hard to try to buy 30 of the items for $15 additional off plus to have coupons for all 30 items as well.
The download stuck at 90%, but I did share some photos of Willo's fun in the leaves and have photos for a few more photo essays. Guess I will worry about those now. Here is the one I did yesterday. She was having so much fun playing in those leaves. Fun In The Leaves Part 1 Photos

Good Morning!
Does anyone want a cat that likes to get on your lap and suck on your clothes? Nymphadora does this and it's driving me crazy. Her way of giving love I guess.
Soon I will be heading to work. After work I will take Heather to her math tutoring. I am going to ask if we can change to another day besides Tuesday. This evening I have the bowling league.
The weather is great this past few days! Just about perfect in fact. The kinds I would love to see year around.
We got Allen Jr started on his meds for the strep throat. He is home from school again today, but hopefully will feel well enough to go back tomorrow. I've had strep a few times and I know even with meds it takes days before you start feeling better. Poor guy.

It's an exciting day. Willo turns 1 today!
I will have to get upstairs soon and do some cleaning in both the living room and the kitchen to get ready for her party.
I finally figured out how to take video off of my camera. Sheesh, took me long enough. Here is my very first video on gather
