I have the opportunity to review this album thanks to the One2One Network.
Laws of Illusion is Sarah McLachlan's first studio album of brand new material in 7 years. Her career has spanned more than 2 decades, and she has over 20 million career sales! EVERY one of Sarah's studio and live albums has been certified gold, platinum or multi-platinum by the RIAA.
****In stores June 15!!
The album was recorded in Montreal and Vancouver Canada, where she has her roots. Recorded with her longtime collaborator and producer Pierre Marchand. The album is being released just weeks before the kick off of Lilith Fair 2010, which is the historic all women touring festical, founded by McLachlan.
I've listened to Laws of Illusion twice all the way through since receiving it. I really enjoy the laid back sounds of this album. The songs are on the side of love songs.
My favorites songs are Illusions of Bliss and Loving You is Easy.
Loving You is Easy is the albums first single and is a Top Ten hit at Adult Alternative radio.
I really like that the CD comes with a cover insert that has photos as well as the words to all the songs.
Album songs include:
Awakenings
Illusions of Bliss
Loving You is Easy
Changes
Forgiveness
Rivers of Love
Love Come
Out of Tune
Heartbreak
Don't Give Up On Us
U Want Me 2
Bring on the Wonder
I hope you have a chance to sit back and enjoy this album.

Checking In
I took Jasmine off to camp this afternoon. I have felt this sad emptiness before even leaving the camp. It's going to be a long week for me with her gone.
I have been so incredibly busy this past couple of week. Tomorrow is no different. I'm going to be hanging out with my mom most of the day as she has 2 dr. appts. tomorrow and some shopping to do.
I have 100's (literally) of photos and videos that need to be shared on gather...not to mention the regular posts that I do there.
I did get in a post that covers my last 2 Walgreen's shopping trips. I hope you will check it out. Walgreen's Shopping 6/10/10 and 6/13/10
Speaking of Walgreen's....I went into my blog dashboard this morning to quickly scan the Walgreen's deal posts and discovered new ways to fix up our blog. I ended up messing with that. What do you think about the looks of my blog now? I am really liking it!
We had our annual rummage sale at church yesterday. I got some pretty good deals, although most of what I bought were more wants than needs. I did get a wool blanket for $1 that I need for the inside of one of my quilts.
I'm going to do my best to get back to posting regularly, meaning daily to my blog.
I'm getting closer to cashout points with sidetick.com and I've been getting more photos put in to redgage.com. I haven't done anything on squidoo lately so need to get to that.
We are going through some heavy thunderstorms right now. Flood warnings. We seen lots of flooded fields while taking Jasmine to camp. The camp suffered from the last flood our town had. Just another worry for me while she is gone. I am just seeing on the news about flooding in Arkansas.
Guess I better quit aimlessly blabbing here and decide if I am going to continue trying to earn some money this evening or if I am going to just head on to bed.
Have a great night,

My Frugal Week May 16-22 (and a question for all)
I did find another large store bag to use for the trashcan before having to buy trashbags, but I found something out.
I've been always buying my trashbags at Dollar General for $1 for 10 of them.
I found out that I can get 15 bags in the black and white label at the grocery store (Dillon's) for just .88! This will save me several cents throughout the year, and the gas money from driving to the dollar store too.
I did my Walgreen's Shopping on the 16th.
I had a nice coupon grocery shopping trip on the 21st.
I dried and have saved the seeds from a green bell pepper and a red bell pepper. I really want to try starting the seeds in the house early next year.
I was able to do some yard sale shopping and I loved it!! Steve's sister gave me $20 for my shopping for helping to get the veggie garden completely weeded.
I was able to get a sheet, a sheet set and quilt batting (used for my quilting), a box of embroidery thread with kits in the box too (thread is for Jasmine to make friendship bracelets with, the kits are going on listia), a vase, silk flowers, pinecone candles (all to help decorate around here) 4 shirts, 2 books (sign language and fairy tales), a belt, googly eyes, a table cloth (new in package), set of wheels for a chair, muffin tin.....and probably other things that are slipping my mind right now. Oh yes, 2 jars of buttons that we will use for crafting as well.
I only spent $13.80 of the $20 too!
Now here is my question for this post. Do you think that going and getting commodity foods is frugal, or is it accepting charity??
Every 3 months I can go get government commodity foods at the Salvation Army. I try not to miss it. Not because I want a hand out, but because I want to save that much money on our food bill!
Here is what I got last time I went:
3 cans green beans
3 cans mixed vegetables
3 bags of powdered milk
3 boxes of shelf stable milk
3 jars of peanut butter
1 box of Corn Flakes
3 cans of pork
3 cans of beef
4 cans of chicken
3 cans of fruit cocktail
3 cans of apricots
3 bags of rotini wheat pasta
3 cans of orange juice
As you can see from the list, it was a large variety, covered the 5 food groups pretty well, and will serve a lot of dinners.
They don't ask you for proof of income when you go in. You do have to stand in a long line and bring your own boxes. I try not to miss is each 3 months, and it's a world of help on having food in the house.

Resolutions Journal Week 16--May 15-21
Week 16 Accomplishments: May 15-May 21
Updated my homeschoolbuy auctions.
Sewed quilt squares and completed the top for the baby quilt I am making.
Sewed more of the fabric totes and have finished the order for 12.
Updated Our Unschooling Journal and Guns N Roses, squidoo lenses.
Wrote my book review of Hollywood Station.
Read in my current book, Evan's Castle.
I got another quilt listed for sale in my blujay store.
Started making cross magnets that I am donating to the craft table at our church yard sale.
I have given up on the use exercise equipment regularly as one of my goals. I'm sure you've noticed it's not been in my accomplishments for weeks now!
I didn't do well with my squidoo lenses this week. I don't really have a reason for this since I have been in squidoo quite a lot this past week looking at others lenses.
