Good Morning!
It's the first day of public school here. I guess my daughter got my grandson off to school without a hitch. Ariel doesn't start kindergarten until Wednesday...and Araya doesn't start headstart until next Monday.
Jasmine isn't up and around that I know of. She needs to be as Steve's sister is off work today and she already doesn't approve of the homeschooling. Plus, I look forward to the time each day that I sit and do schoolwork with Jasmine.

I've spent the morning unloading my car slowly and getting books and movies unpacked, washed up and put on the shelves.

I updated Our Unschooling Journey 4 yesterday.
I also did several posts on gather yesterday... Walgreens Shopping 8/23 and Mail call! Week of August 16 I also put in another video from our trip to the Dillon's Nature Center. I earned 132 pts on gather between yesterday morning and this morning! I would so have it made if I could earn that much daily.

I have to take my son to court this afternoon. His ex girlfriend put a restraining order against him. Oh boy! Like he would ever bother her, or has he since he moved out. She made it at work too so she ended up getting her hours cut way back since they couldn't work at the same time. My son's been there for years, she should have known that her hours would get cut and not hers. I pray she just chooses to cancel it today when they go to court.

Tomorrow will be busy, so I doubt I will get a blog written. The morning starts out with Jasmine having a dentist appt. It's our first night of bowling league so I will need to have supper all figured out. My mom will have her usual Tuesday afternoon dr. appt.

Tuesday June 23

Good Morning!
I am at the doctor with my daughter again! This should be the last time on this infection. They have wireless access here that says it's unsecured, but when I try to go to a website it tells me a need a clinic username and password. No one around here knows what that is.

As soon as I am done here I will be taking my son and his girlfriend around to pay bills. In other away from home plans: grocery shopping, taking my mom to her dr. appt, and Bible school this evening.

Bible school went smooth last night for it being the first night. The theme is Veggie Tales, the pirates that don't do anything. The kids enjoy Veggie Tales. I took lots of photos and videos that I will be sharing on gather.

So far they have't turned off my cable, but that will happen very soon. Then I will be relying on this laptop and anywhere I can pick up someone's wireless connection.

I typed the above this morning, not realizing I wouldn't get home until about 1 pm!
The mail already came today and I have to make the $275 somehow before Friday in order to not lose cable. It's not possible at all! I guess I will try twittering some of my items for sale throughout each day, and gather like crazy (however I can't cashout and get paid before then).

For now I am going to post this and wish you a good day. It's so hot, I hope that you are being able to stay cool somehow!

Tuesday March 24

Good Morning!
Man, with the extra cleaning, extra dr. appt to take my mom to, and watching 2 shows upstairs, I went to bed last night feeling like it was such a wasted day. I know tha it wasn't. It's important that I help to clean upstairs even though I live in the basement. I worked on coupons during the 2 shows and now have them in my notebook up to the letter P. And, I did make it through most of my internet programs during the day too.

I wasn't planning on anything extra at gather, then that bill collector called me for a 3rd time. I'm telling you I would remember a loan, and one that I paid on for 2 years. Come on, this can NOT be mine! I posted on gather about it again, but won't share that here with you all.

I also wasn't planning on getting a squidoo lens updated yesterday either, but ended up winning a prize at mycoolcontests, so added that to my page. Mycoolcontests
It's a fun site to check each day even though I do need more referrals so that I have more entries each day in order to have a better chance of winning.

Today's plans include doing what I can on the computer, getting chicken in the crockpot for supper. I am going to mix some of it in with the frozen broccoli and cheese, open a jar of applesauce and serve dinner rolls for our supper before bowling this evening. I also have to get my mother to her Thursday dr. appt.
I really don't think the van is going to make it much further. Now we smell gas when we drive and we already know that aside from the rod going out, that has warped the bearing that gas is getting in to the oil. I'm thankful for the over 300 miles we have been able to drive it.

That's it for today folks..better get up and put the chicken in the crockpot before that slips my mind (I'm good at doing that lately) Have a great Tuesday!

Another Busy Day!!

It's Friday, but it's yet another busy day. Here soon I have to take my mom to the doctor. After that I need to make a grocery store run. It's family fun night at church this evening. We are doing dinner and a movie. Everyone is to bring a dish to share and I've decided to make and take potato salad.
My aunt and uncle will be over here this afternoon to share with us their photos from their African safari. Guess that's a good time to work on the potato salad when I will already be upstairs while they visit LOL

I did get 2 more squidoo lenses updated yesterday before heading out to volunteer in the Headstart classroom. One was Marsha's Crafts

It went and got cold outside! It's only 15 degrees right now...yuck! They are calling for snow after midnight! I knew the spring like weather was too good to last.

Tuesday February 24

Good Morning!
It's a pleasant day outside...oh how I hope spring is really on the way and we get by with the mild winter we've been blessed with this year!
I have my usual busy day today. I drove my grandson to school this morning. Later I take my mom to her dr. appt, and then bowling this evening. In the meantime I really do need to continue with my cleaning as much as I can throughout today and in the morning.

I need to get in another Zatarains review on gather today. I didn't do a thing with squidoo yesterday either so need to make sure to get another lens updated there as well today.

I have a problem...I am trying to do way too many things all at once. I have to work to keep the house in a decent order, keep Jasmine going on her schoolwork, get crafts made to sell (and give as gifts), I am working some of the paid to clicks, I do gather, I do spotwinner, mycoolcontests and msn games each day, I need to keep up with traffic exchanges to get my things seen, and doing squidoo. Then, of course there are things outside of the home such as taking my mom around, shopping, church activities etc. Oh yes, and trying to get and keep my coupons cut and organized, which once again I am way behind on!

Guess that means I should move along and see just what else I can accomplish this day :)

Thursday February 19

Good Morning! Yesterday seemed super cold because the wind was blowing so hard. So far this morning it's cold out but just a breeze...makes a big difference on how cold I feel.
I ended up not only taking the girls to Awanas yesterday evening but taking my daughter and granddaughters to the health dept to get signed up for WIC..that was an unexpected 2 hours away from home. The only place I should have to go today is to take my mom to the doctor.
I still have most of my housework to do yet this morning, which includes sorting and putting away 4 loads of laundry!

I need to get busy and get more posting done on gather other than my usual 2 posts that I do each day. I have several photos on my camera to share.
It boils down to me trying to do way too many thing both online and offline!

How about an early start to the weekend? There is no school here tomorrow for an inservice day for the teachers. wahoo!! that means I can sleep in a bit in the morning!

Tuesday September 2

I woke up this morning and realized that I didn't take my mom to the doctor yesterday. They must have been closed for the holiday. Unfortunately for me that adds to my already busy Tuesday schedule, but what can I do?
I started out this morning by taking my son to court on his fines..just a check in court on how he is doing paying them. I am home long enough to get some pictures in on gather and to write this up before I head to work. Right after work I have to take Heather to math tutoring. Then I am home for about 1 1/2 hours before taking my mom to the doctor. Once home from there we will have to hurry with supper before it's time for me to head out for bowling league.

Speaking of bowling...today I am going to share the pics I took last week. Bowling Time Photos

I better head off of here and get myself ready for work. Last Thursday I forgot to put my tennis shoes on and went to work in my sandals, which is a no-no!

Tuesday August 26

Good morning!
It's another busy day here. Right after I get off work I have to get Heather to her math tutoring. As soon as Heather is done we have to get Jasmine to her dentist appointment. Then, this evening is our first bowling league night! That I am looking forward to.

I found a van that I want to buy, now I just have to figure out how to come up with the $3000 I need LOL I guess wish me luck there! It is on a lot where I can pay $1000 down and $50 a week if I could figure that part out too.

Thursday July 31

Here we are to the last day of July. I woke up this morning and found it to be foggy outside. I don't even remember the last time I seen fog!
It did stay cooler yesterday and I hope it will today too.
I start off by taking my mom to her doctor this morning, then this afternoon she has a dentist appointment. I think that is all for today.

I did get some cleaning and organizing done down here in the basement yesterday around my internet. I still have a ways to go to get this place the way I want it. I do have enough at gather for another $25 Home Depot card so will cash out for that today. Then I can get more plastic totes.

Speaking of gather. Yesterday I put in 12 pictures. I am going to link to one of them, and then if you would like, you can hit the next at the top of the picture to go to the next one, and so on.
