Before I woke up this morning it was raining, and it's still raining. By the looks of the sky it's going to keep on raining. There are all kinds of things planned downtown as part of our 4th celebrations, but I'm not sure what will get to happen with the rain.
I picked up my food this morning from sharecolorado. We got some pretty good stuff this time around. I came right home and put all the pork chops on the crockpot with the seasoning mix I had bought from Peddler's Kitchen online.

Thanks to a reminder from mom, I also had a meeting at church last night too. It ended up being a busy day yesterday! We got woke up extra early this morning by a storm. Another morning to find the driveway flooded half way up and more tree branches in the yard. The storms are not seeming to end this season. My only real plans are to pick my Jasmine up from camp this evening!! I can't wait to see her again....and....we get a picnic supper at the camp before we leave. I am loading up my van with my aluminum cans to go cash them in. Going to use the money for gas in the van.

One more day and I can go get Jasmine from camp! I've been working here and there on getting stuff packed for our week of family camp next week. Today's plans include the usual Thursday stuff...taking Heather to group and my mom to her doctor appointment. Nothing too exciting.

I think this week is going to go slow without Jasmine here. I hope she is staying safe at camp and having a good time, and meeting friends. It just started raining...it's very humid outside. Today's only plan is to take Heather to her group, although I will need to make a grocery shopping stop on the way home from there.
I will be cashing out at boomertowne today for another $25 Target gift card, and I am about 250 points from the $25 Home Depot card at Gather. I'm excited.
We got Jasmine off to camp yesterday afternoon. I missed her already last night. She sits down here on her computer and keeps mom company. On the way to taking her to camp I stopped at Walgreens. They still hadn't gotten in the digital camera from the rebate book, so I went ahead and bought the one that was on sale.
Busy day today. I am posting this before heading off to church. We have a lunch after church today. This afternoon I take Jasmine to the Kansas Bible camp for a week. My van has the radiator fan out so we will have to stop a couple of time on the way to allow the van to cool off. This evening is Bible study. The rest of the day will be spent on here when I can....I will pick back up on my cleaning and organizing around here tomorrow.
